Free Medical Journals.com	Links to nearly 1,000 free titles, sorted by specialty or title. Some titles in French, German, Spanish, Portueuese, and other languages. Shows impact factors for some titles, highlights new and no longer free titles, and offers an alerting service.
HighWire Press - Free Online Full-text Articles	For each listed journal, indicates when back issues become free, when any free trial period ends, or if all article are free.
