The following data was collected from specimens prepared using the whole blood lysis method. Data are 5th and 95th percentile ranges (confidence interval). Data distribution was normalized when necessary by mathematical transformation (ie: log, square root, etc.). (Note: 92% of these children were Hispanic.)
